Once We receive PayPal notification, you can expect your order to be sent in about 3 - 5 business days in "Ready to ship" items. We use the Post Office service in Spain. We will send you an email with your order number to allow you to follow it online.

If you are not in your home the day of delivery, the postal service will leave you a notice for collection at your nearest post office.
 It is your responsibility to notify us the delivery address correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete or nonexistent, it will be your responsibility to pay the delivery again.


SORRY BUT: mokami cannot be responsible for items LOST in the mail or damaged during transit. For this reason we carefully wrap all our items and send it in bubble wrap envelopes. By buying this item you agree to our policies

We package our items with upmost care so you will receive your item in perfect conditions. 

So far, nobody has ever wanted to return an ítem ☺ but if you would want to we accept refunds. Please communicate with us within a reasonable time and re-pack your item with care. We are not responsible for the shipping charges in returning the item.
